Returns Policy
If the product is received damaged or incorrect, Zyrexa will cover the return shipping charges. For products that are not liked or no longer needed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Customers must submit a return or refund request from their account within 24 hours of receiving the order. We recommend recording an unboxing video as proof. Once your request is received, our team will contact you to guide you through the return process.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact customers to collect the necessary details to complete the refund.
Shipping
We offer shipping across Pakistan using reliable courier services such as TCS, Leopards, and other trusted providers. Some products may be shipped through third-party suppliers, so delivery times may vary depending on the item and location.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time is usually 3–5 business days for locally sourced products and 5–10 business days for items shipped via third-party suppliers. Any unexpected delays will be communicated to the customer.
We apply a fixed shipping charge on all orders unless stated otherwise. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of damaged or incorrect items, only the product amount will be refunded.
