Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time is usually 3–5 business days for local supplier products and 5–7 business days for items shipped via third-party suppliers. Customers will be informed of any unexpected delays.

We charge a fixed shipping fee on all orders unless otherwise stated. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of damaged or incorrect items, only the product amount will be refunded. We strive to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers.

If the product is received damaged or incorrect, Zyrexa will cover the return shipping charges. For products that are not liked or no longer needed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, customers must submit a return or refund request from their account within 24 hours of receiving the order. We recommend recording an unboxing video as proof. Once the request is received, our team will contact you to proceed with the return process.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact customers to collect the necessary details for processing the refund.
